Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:
The item is unopened and in original sealed packaging
The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect
Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened medications, prescription products, perishable, or temperature-sensitive items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will issue a replacement or full refund once verified.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
